During a family gathering with my very large family.
I had several opportunities where I was able to sit back and observe the uniqueness of each individual, the subtle contrasted blends of masked personalities that made each member of my family unique. Shaping who they are today and whom they were coming in to being.
It was quite insightful watching too, how the moods and influence of the parents affected their children. The effect of this influence seemed to be subtly moulding the way the children viewed the world around them and everything in it. Somehow you knew that many of them would use this influence to shape their own lives.
What intrigued me the most however is that beneath the surface, each child had a uniqueness of their own, that did not come about from any influence of Parents, Family or Friends.
For me it was that uniqueness that springs out of the connection we all have to our source. (Call it what you will) The source of potentiality that one can never predict yet is always there for anyone, young and old to tap in to or unfold in to. The potential that will only be known to them. It was truly fascinating!
