If there any weather wizards out there in Northern Ont or wind workers we could sure use the help building a window of protection for folks going to the concert...Thanks

What time...in EST? I don't have to be there to add to the working. And more specific...you need the wind stopped, correct? I've never tried it LD, but I've done many other energy works LD, and wind cessation is easy enough. What window do you need?
