well 2 bags of rice is actully not as heavy as 3 bags of rice. The question was between '2 bags of rice and 3 bags', which are also bags of rice, not empty bags
but what if they were 2 really big bags and 3 small ones
well then would it not be correct to suggest your question is flawed? maybe you should have stated the contents of the tree bags!
