How about The Secret guys, by Rhonda Byrne ? I'm sure a lot of you have heard about this book. For those of you who haven't, well, "The Secret reveals the most powerful law in the universe". The Secret explains with simplicity the law that is governing all lives, and offers the knowledge of how to create - intentionally and effortlessly - a joyful life. This is the secret to everything - the secret to unlimited happiness, love, health and prosperity.
It does seem to work, but it takes awhile to change your mindset.

I'm not being smart now Crotalus, but you should read the book yourself and not just let other people make a decision for you. It does make you think in a different way, for sure. Again, I'm not being nasty when I say that, so I hope it doesn't come across that way.

i agree it does take a while but am living proof its works.... its a fabulous book if ur mind is open enough to read it and based on the law of attraction using the universe its pretty amazing... i know there are lots that will disagree.. but i can swear on it that it works... and am not the only one....

I'm sure you'll agree Crotalus, we have blind faith in many things in life don't we ? I mean, how many times have you checked the pilot's licence before the plane takes off !! And just because you can't see something doesn't mean it's not there. You can't see wind, put it's there :-) !!

I looked through it but did not read it so cannot pass judgement as some seem to have so quickly...
But my mind is open!
And the mind is very very powerful...pity we do not use it enough sometimes...
I think the book could have some wisdom...I would not dismiss it.

heard about the secret but i believe the dvd is easier to get through. girl i work with is very much into things like that and has read a lot of books on the subject.
ps i love you is one of my favourite books. was disappointed that the film wasn't more true to the book but enjoyed the film anyway.
another favourite of mine is Diving through clouds. can't remember who wrote it though.
