A scientific theory is not the same as a layman’s theory , you need to do more research

Scientists can observe, experiment, reason, test and confirm. But you know and they know that it's only a guess, because how could anyone say with absolute certainty how everything came about in the first place.

Ah crotalus 'its only a guess' re: last nights discussion! NO ONE can say how everyting came about in the first place. Yes scientists can confirm but they cant confirm how it all began. Think pete was referring to the scientists role in general...

Sorry but to me it sounds like another type of blind faith JMO , I might pick it up at some point just so that I can say I read it , (mind you the stack of books I have that are waiting to be read is getting bigger by the day )
