If the damage is done... i find a pint of panadol soluble mixed with rubex does the job...great stuff

Crystal29: Hi everyone.....I need some help.....I have a night out on friday (afternoon and evening)and to put it mildly I know I will consume a fairly large amount of alcohol.....I suffer badly from hangover which I would usually sleep off the following day.....but I have an appointment at lunch time on saturday so have to be fairly fresh...... can anyone give me any tips to keep the dreaded curse at bay....??? Please dont tell me not to drink.......THAT IS NOT AN OPTION Cheers

think you should keep drunk...... just go on sat... enter very merrily.... reckon they will just think you have a great personality........ then... encourage them to go on the tear with them.......
take a couple of paracetemol b4 going to sleep, have the alarm set 2 hours early, then when u wake up u can judge the feeling, take another2 tablets with juice, and then sleep it off4 the next 2 hours!!
