Rarely get nighmares, but used to have a recurring one as a child.
The walls of the bedroom would start to close in while the ceiling started to descend. I'd try to hold them, back but they would just keep closing in. Just as I was about to be crushed I would wake with a sudden fright.
Wonder should I go see someone about it....
