I read an email recently which said "Men are like parking spaces, all the good ones are taken and the rest are..... handicapped" I suppose the same could be said for women!
In truth ive been on and off this site for a long time........ive been single for a long time...........but use the site to interact and keep up my limited social skills ..........best of luck if you meet someone in a romantic way but im sure youll meet lots of new friends in a normal way too

Maybe you shouldn't write all the guys on here off like that? You can't expect someone to respond positively and start a friendship that way.

It does get frustrating from time to time, I know I've cursed it all from time to time when I look around an empty apartment or head off somewhere on my own. The forums on here are pretty good, so give it a chance and see how it goes. You'd be surprised how much this lot can lift your spirits

If we judge everyone by our bad experiences, we limit ourselves hugely I feel in terms of future possibilities. I've met many very honest women in my life. But many, many years ago I did get hurt by one not-so-honest woman. It never put me off being open to possibilities. Maybe deep wounds sometimes heal slowly, so healing time and the company of good male friends might help ?.
