Maybe you could freeze in icecubes and use it in cocktails and desserts or make a steamed jam pudding with it! conversing

mix it with cream and serve it with cake or doughnuts. I also have a recipe for rhubarb fool which is a creamy dessert, you could replace the rhubarb with the jam. I'll track it down for you and post it.

I had a look at the recipe and it is 500ml of cream whipped up until thick but not stiff, fold in puree to give a rippled ice cream effect and then serve more on the side if anyone wants extra

you can also add it to champagne for a blush summer drink

You could also serve it over pana cotta or make a plum flavoured semi freddo (soft ice-cream) or similar to the rhubarb fool - a custard cream with sponge biscuits.

I wish I could help. I am the type of person that wouldn't even put the effort into trying it too be honest. I'm happy to pay $4 for it at the supermarket.

wine cheers! If you still have left overs, pretty the jars up with some stickers and ribbon and give them away as gifts or donate them to a nursing home (if they will take them, oh&s) or sell them at a stall at a market. Host one of those biggest morning teas and serve it up with scones and raise money for charity (although i think that was on not long ago). Pancake Tuesday may be coming up soon i think, donate it to them??? wink
