I refuse to diet! I enjoy food. I'd rather die fat and happy than skinny and miserable. My overall diet is not bad, could be better but i don't eat a lot of junk and i am not a sweet tooth. I don't keep junk food in my cupboard otherwise I would eat it. grin

It has been proven time and time again, that diets are a quick fix.

The only way you can truly lose weight, or tone up, become healthier. Is to make a lifestyle change, and keep it consistent.

There is no need not to enjoy food, its the amount that you enjoy that should be monitored.wine

I have tried diet after diet after diet, and have given up. As state previously, diets are just a quick fix.

Yes, granted, I have managed to keep most of the weight off I lost, and it is alot harder when you've had a child/children but all it comes down to is this:

1. Eat healthy food..fruit and vegies
2. If you must indulge in junk, limit it to once a week (a small serve)
3. Have smaller portions of food

and most of all EXERCISE.

It's not rocket science, and until they come out with some miraculous pill that makes all the fat disappear, the above will have to suffice.

You may not be the next top model, but at least you will know you're healthy on the inside :)
