Alot of times when people communicate over the computer, they use what is known as short-hand. Short-hand is a quick way to type faster. It does not have the considerations of grammar & correct spelling, however, it is quicker & is legible.

Because, I think, the English language is the worst language to spell and write grammatically correct. Most of the people I know can not write or spell very well and it's not because they are stupid..it's just the worst language to express via the written word. Someone should create a new one, a language more logical and one that made more sense. You may as well get use to it.
