Easy to beat man flu Mj. Just follow these easy steps...
1...Got to your 7/11 and buy some cold beer , ciggie papers & a lighter.
2...On your way back, visit your local rasta and buy some weed.
3...When you get home, put your beer in your ice box to chill.
4...While in your kitchen get a clean tray*** or an old cookie tin*** and something to use as an ash tray.
5...Now sit down in front of your lappy with the herbs from the rasta, ciggie papers and lighter and watch this video...
6...Once you have 'perfected' the art of rolling a spliff that lights it self, go to your ice box and grab a cold beer.
7...Now get comfortable, roll a spliff, sink your beer and go into the vortex of Google and sweat the man flu away..
***To catch the weed you'll drop.
