Personally I do look at what type of eggs I buy.
Also I purchase only meat where the beasts
have been raised within Germany only,
so they dont get to travel days on end.
However, you never know where the animal lived
which contributed to your sliced meat.
On telly last night,
when people in malls
were interviewed they were stunned.
Many said they wernt aware of it
and would in future take note of where feathers came from.

extra special person who wont buy.
I must confess I did know where they come from and how you get them-my big mistake is, I didn't make it public so that other people know it too as you just very well did!Its not only that we buy things like that, but we should tell what we know to others to keep them from bying them too.
And Smoky is right-my granddaughter had got one of this featherbeds as a gift when she was small-she had terrible problems for a long time until we found out it was the feathers which gave her the problem to her breathingsystem.
