RE: I think this stuff is so cool

Perhaps, Much of what was "left out" was so that atheism might actually replace Paulinism. Futhermore, how can you "half believe" in something?

RE: singles

It is discouraging to me to see how many people actually still equate the "Soul" and/or "Soulmate" with astrology. For the birth of the soul, its name, and/or its location has nothing to do with Astrology. The personality and physical self is marked by the positions and fluctuations
found in astrology. The very name you were given before, during, after the birth of the physical body is personality-related, and not Soul-related. Astrology is only accurate when speaking of things personality-related.

RE: Dreaming and the Astral plane

Yes, Precognitive Dreams are in fact real and coincidental. Just because you are thinking youself to be experiencing them, does not mean that the source of that Dream is your own. Most people are either senders or receivers.. Very very few can do both.

RE: ooohhh again!

There is a way to discover whether or not "she" is actually appearing there from some "other" place or just a self-made projection from your own mind. I would share with you, if you were interested in learning(?)

RE: Dreaming and the Astral plane

I used to love the idea of an astral plane and read books by robert monroe and purchased audio tapes(it was a while ago)that had both sides of the brain working at the same time.I had a small amount of success with it.
I found the more i researched the subject the more i was prone to obe's.once i had gave up thinking about it they came to a stop.

Hi, nice to meet you, I am trying to find my match like you probably are.

Go to, findyoursoulmatethroughastrology.com,

Vincent Sylvan the author describes how through the signs of astrology you can find the possible candidates to find your soul-mate. Vincent has a formula described with details and reasons as to why is so important to find our other half. His book is very informative, romantic, with poems between de pages. These poems are full of meaning and purpose.
I was very glad to find this book.
This book is one of my favorites in my library.
It is a must for every single person out there.
Go get it; I am sure you will enjoy it.

RE: I think this stuff is so cool

I'm not religious and don't believe in any of the gods that they all promote. I am a rational, logical and scientific based type person. I don't have a necessity to believe in anything but I sure am curious and open minded about it all so I'm looking forward to looking back over the contributions made here so far.

I think this stuff is so cool

cheering

Most of the time when I let someone know that I believe in this stuff and I like finding out more about it I get a I think or nuts kind of reaction. I believe in God but I'm not religous, I only half believe whats written in the Bible, I think there is a lot left out.

This stuff sort of gives me the creeps but I like it, if you know what I mean.
lovetokiss61

I totally believe in this

Me not being religious I found that these things do exist. After my son's death, alot of weird things happened in my house. From seeing shadows whizzing by to things turning on and off. I now believe that "the other side" does exist. Totally fascinated with all the types of ghost hunter shows on tv. So interesting.

Do you seek God?

I see people are interested in paranormal things,in something what you can't understand and explain . So appearantly thesse people must believe in something more than they can see and the same should be with you all who are in this group. You probably believe that exist something more than we know. So my guestion is,do you try to think about that inteligesnt power who has created the world? Or you just interest in things that are created(spirits, souls) or you more interested in that One who created everything ? Thank you

RE: Paranormal Dreams

Jacy, thank you for sharing your stories. It's amazing stuff, I am glad I am not alone and I am sure there are many people just like us. It feels good to read someone elses story as it confirms to me that I am not crazy, other people experience these things also.

Paranormal Dreams

oops correction: "I didn't have the heart to do it"
Deep down I couldn't get rid of him and wish we didn't. Later though another dog showed up and I guess subconsciously I felt the need to make amends for what happened to Scooter I took in a stray that had run away . I could tell he was abused, he still had a chain and dog runner tie around his neck, he must have broken through. Well I got in touch with a friend who happened to live next to the SPCA however she takes in dogs so they don't end up there and tries to find them home because she doesn't think the SPCA is humane. She agreed to take him, we called him Bear because his face and head was shaped like one , he looked kinda like a bear..lol.
I think he was a combination of a husky and pit or something else, he was pretty big, but as sweet as can be. She ended up getting so attached to him that she kept him, so I felt much better that I was able to help save one dog in exchange for the loss of mine.

p.s. I still put Scooter's bone shaped Christmas ornament on the tree every year.

Paranormal Dreams

I had one of my dogs come to me in an Astral plane too. He was a sweet dog named Scooter, we had him for almost a year but reluctantly decided to give him up. He wasn't getting the attention he needed and at the time I was running an in home childcare and he was too aggressive around babies plus other kids had allergies. my first choice to take him was a no kill shelter for dogs, but they were all full so my ex took him to the SPCA(I didn't have the heard to do it). Two weeks after he got sent to the SPCA I knew he got put to sleep because I had a visitation from him that his spirit was in the back yard sniffing around.... that's the last I had heard of him. I asked the SPCA if they found him a new home but they wouldn't tell me but I knew anyways...and I was so angry and felt so guilty about (still do) that he didn't get a fair chance at life. crying

RE: Paranormal Dreams

BTW, Jacy30, that was a very interesting dream you wrote. Dreams like that can't be just a coincidence. There is allot of detail there. Thanks for sharing.

RE: Paranormal Dreams

I have had Paranormal dreams all my life. Many are precognitive and tell me what will happen in the future. Others are contacts by entities, deceased people and animals.

Here is one story
I had a family dog that had gotten hit by a car. I felt responsible and I noticed that he was in the area and I was too busy doing something else and as not paying attention. When he got hit, I realized my negligence and it bothers me to this day. The dog was injured so bad, he had to be put to sleep. After he died, he came to me in the astral plane, kind of like saying good by.

What comes next I can't explain, I can only tell you and it's a feeling deep inside and a knowledge I can't tell you were it comes from. But a week before the dog died, I had gotten into a motorcycle accident and walked away completely unharmed. I was angry about being suddenly moved from one shift to the other at work and gotten drunk and did a very stupid thing, got on my motorcycle and drove around. I had just begun my spiritual journey and was very much in the learning stage and did something unusual.

Before the impact of the accident, as I knew I was heading for a crash, I simply connected with the divine and let go of my life and handed it completely over to God in an admission of stupidity and recklessness on my part. Amazingly I walked away with a scratch on my helmet and leather jacket. To this day I am convinced the dog took the hit for me, I can't explain how I know..but I do. His coming to me in the astral plane was a goodbye and a confirmation of how this animal had given his life for my stupidity and recklessness. What a beautiful animal, how we abuse them and neglect these beautiful souls.crying crying crying crying

Cold Harbor Battlefield, Mechanicsville,VA

Early June Anniversary of the Battle of Cold Harbor - Richmond
National Battlefield / Mechanicsville / Call 804-226-1981 for
information
line.com/calendar/index_calendar.html

Mechanicsville - Cold Harbor - Battlefield Park - In the front,
battles are still going on. You can usually see or hear them around
1am every night. Also, a path runs thru the park for visitors and if
you're lucky you can photo a ghost. Many of these pictures have been
published in the Richmond Times Dispatch and Mechanicsville Local.

Mechanicsville - Cold Harbor - Cemetery - The cemetery beside the
park is also haunted by a little girl. Legend is she fell out of the
window of the keeper's house and you can either see her in the
window or waking around the cemetery. That whole area is haunted.

Mechanicsville - Cold Harbor - Garthright House - The across from
the cemetery is extremely haunted. You can here people walking,
talking and feel breath on your neck.

On Confederate Trench Digging at Cold Harbor: June 2, 1864
"The Rebel lines were about parallel to ours and they were throwing
up dirt as hard as they could. No country could be more favorable
for such work. The soldiers easily throw up the dirt so dry and
sandy with their tin plates, their hands, bits of board, or canteens
split in two, when shovels are scarce; while a few axes, in
experienced hands, soon serve to fell plenty of straight pines, that
are all ready to be set up, as the inner face of the breastwork."
