Answer
Your Who's Viewed Me List only shows members that have viewed your full profile within the last 60 days, when they are logged in. Each person is ONLY displayed once, even if they view your profile multiple times.

Your View Count is a running total, and will always be higher than the number of people on your Who's Viewed Me List for the following reasons:

1) If one member views your profile 20 times, the View Count will be incremented 20 times, but the member will only show once on your Who's Viewed Me List.

2) The View Count includes the following which will not show on your Who's Viewed Me List:
Logged out Views
Views by people who have turned off Who's Viewed Me
Views by deleted profiles
Views by members that are over 60 days old (and have since been deleted from your List).

Answer
There can be several reasons:

  • Your profile is hidden or not approved yet
  • You recently joined, so no one has had the chance to view your profile yet
  • You don't have a photo and so you aren't appearing on very many search results. Most members search by photo-only.
  • You have just turned this feature on after having it off for a while. While it was off, views to your profile were not being recorded.
  • Your views were automatically deleted by our system after 70 days, and you haven't been checking them.

Answer
This can mean several things:

  • That member may have their "Who's Viewed Me" list turned off, so their view to your profile was not recorded
  • You may have "Who's Viewed Me" turned off, so that views to your profile are not being recorded
  • The member clicked on the Email/Flower button from a search results page without viewing your full profile.
Answer
You can turn off Who's Viewed me, and people will NOT know when you view their profile. But, you will ALSO not know when people view your profile, which is incentive for most people to keep it on.

Who's Viewed me TURNED OFF:

  • You will not see who has viewed your profile
  • Others will not see you have viewed them
  • No views to your profile will be recorded while this feature is turned off - so you will not know who is viewing your profile while you have it turned off.

Who's Viewed me TURNED ON:

  • You will start seeing who has viewed your profile
  • Others will see you have viewed them
  • Multiple views on lists are recorded only once. If you view a profile or they view you several times, the view appears only one time on View Lists
