In silent excitement We steel our resolve For the coming days Which give brave men pause When the saftey of day Turns into terror of night We turn to the one thing That give us comfort and light Be it religion, music Or an ocean view ridge One things for certain No one wants to clean out the fridge

Hi, irishrebel75, I am fairly certain that there are those in this world who find comfort and light while cleaning out the fridge. Well, I don't personally know any, but...

I quiver in my boots....please don't make me clean the fridge
'Silent excitement' - this is how we feel while preparing ourselves for the 'coming days,' cause we need to be brave when 'safety of day turns into terror of night,' hence the refuge we find in what we consider safe for us. Nothing's for certain, I agree. Thanks for sharing.

We steel our resolve
For the coming days
Which give brave men pause
When the saftey of day
Turns into terror of night
We turn to the one thing
That give us comfort and light
Be it religion, music
Or an ocean view ridge
One things for certain
No one wants to clean out the fridge
Funny little poem
