Christmas tears

Christmas tears

It's Christmas and I still haven't heard from you
I guess you forgot me, but I haven't forgot you
trees are shining bright
its that wonderful time of year
it's Christmas time, I'll cry Christmas tears

Carols are being sung, every night on TV
do you remember our first Christmas tree
chestnuts are roasting
its that wonderful time of year
it's Christmas time, I'll cry Christmas tears

Christmas miracles are happening
they've never happened for me
all I ever get is Christmas agony
you can call me the scrooge
if that's how I appear
it's Christmas time, I'll cry Christmas tears

Santa stands in front of the Christmas stores
memories of you, bother me a little more
mistletoe and kisses
its that wonderful, time of year
it's Christmas time, I'll cry Christmas tears
