I walked along the beach today, and even though the sky was grey, I saw real beauty in the sky, And wondered what if I could fly.
As birds swoop down to touch the sea, The salty air refreshes me, How beautiful it is to be, At one with nature by the sea.
I look upon the cloudy sky, And make every effort not to cry, How marvelous my God has been, To create for me this beautiful scene.
I feel the sand beneath my feet, so wonderful, so warm so sweet. I must make this a weekly event, For It was truly time well spent.

About this poem:
I enjoyed taking some time off life's busy schedule to enjoy nature, it was well worth it, just thought I would share for those who for one reason or another are unable to have the opportunity.

Thank you for your comments. I had a revelation while I was by the beach. I have been continuously doing the same thing and expecting the results to be different, but the results will never be different if the method of approach is not different so I will try to change the method of approach, Hey I should tell that to some of our Government officials. thanks again people, take a little time to commune with nature it clears the cobwebs from your mind.
well, probably not going to get government wig heads. To spend time alone with nature. At least you got to go though and share a bit with us....elo...
