The last few days have been just right With sunny hours warm and bright Its good to feel its rays on me As I hear the buzzing of the bee
Here just now, sipping tea Afore I don my gardening gear To set about the fast grown plants Snipping and tidying as I want
Then planting out, finding room Await yon pretty daisy blooms Fern like foilage so fragile fresh Looking through it, will seem like mesh
A new flower I espy most days The sun beckons with warm rays Lots of colours mingle through Red, and pinks white and blue A warm welcome for me and you
So now I must wend my way Off down that path now today Hoe the veg plants all in a row I feel like Mary as I watch them grow :)
