The Olympic Medal

To be given a gold medal
You have to win the gold medal
To take drugs and cheat
Is winning without merit
To dishonour the olympics
Is to dishonour Yourself.

This poem just popped into my head and I wrote it in a few minutes, I guess inspiration can happen at any time if you let it. and the fact it is my shortest poem the meaning rates pretty strongly on current sporting events, thanks for you comment I appreciate it. John cheers
