I Travel This Road of Life Like Everyone In Half Repose The Views Quickly Dismissed Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
The Scenes They Come And Go Like Nightly Dreams Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
And The Memories Of Loved Ones Fade Become Nebulous Like Gossamer Notions Vaguely seen Dimly Remembered
Loves Blossom And Bloom Then Die And Ash Like A Memory Of Death Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
The Memory Itself Dims And Twists Like An Image Warped By Distended Glass Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
And At Road's End The Special Ones Lose Their Shape Lose their Substance Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
With Death The Special Ones Once kept Close In Thoughts And Feelings Go Away Vaguely Seen Dimly Remembered
But I Remember Her

About this poem:
This one is about remembering the people...and the most IMPORTANT person, in your life and as life winds down and memory fades, who you remember the MOST...
