A sprinkle here, A sprinkle there With a curve of the lips A silent prayer is whispered here And a song in the heart I hope we'll meet nevermore to part...
Though you are so far away Somehow, I know we'll come to be Together, forever to stay.. I know you hold the key.
Maybe one day A miniature you To hold and play It'll be the greatest love story Coming true.

About this poem:
random thoughts of one who holds my gaze with the curve of his lips and a twinkle in his eyes... oh if only I were to know for sure that one day his eyes will twinkle for me.... I would fly to his side never more to flee... each time I see him here I am engrossed by his hair.. the way it curls... it seems jet black .
What a lovely way to honor someone with words and thoughts such as these. I really liked the phrase "With a curve of the lips" Lips are quite useful they can be used to kiss away the pain, or to use words that cut as deep as a knife.
