SWERVE

SWERVE

Slouching from the slack pause of my mind
I rekindle episodes that straighten my back
Feeling out those corridoors of memory
My sizing up the obvious flack

Who put the mustard in rasberries
Oooh those rasberries tasted SO nice
The sweet tangy crisp crunch of timelessness
Hit with foyble exasperations eye watering spice

Incoming pictures of landmarks once rejoyced
I chase off hood winks the mind distorted in past
Introducing more of those yummy rasberries
Leaving out old exasperating foyble blasts

Hips of worn try outs do tell me I'm worked
I'll stand up straight yet another day deserved
Butterfly kisses the mirror bows with a quirk
I'll kiss charms of life again this time I'll just

Swerve ...

About this poem:
Looking back .. Seeing how one can sour up good thoughts due to someone else's drama .. Causing aches in the body .. Stick to raspberries I say xx
