Insomniatic

i try to sleep for days do not end
suicide i can not pretend
does not sing to me a sirens song
my mind and heart can not prevent
my silver ear from hearing it
a lullaby to pacify, or terrify
the deeper mind the ones behind
the curtain i cant seem to find
whisper inside my brain, digging
deeper clawing down to bring pain
this is what her words can do
if her heart takes control of you.
