I loved you all beyond measure

In my hurt I need love' but ?
I give, give, and give my love whenever I can..
I love them all beyond measure'
To be in love is the most....
wonderful feeling ever had!
I know how you must be felling"
You must be feeling on top of the world;
But I feel I receive little back.
So I tell you this"
Do not be too much in love with love,as I have become.
So that they could not possibly give you back the beauty you desire!

Nice thoughts.........
If one was to limit one's love for fear of being hurt - one wouldn't be allowing herself the opportunity to receive possibly even more love in return......

No, you are not wrong, sometimes we can love to much. Then the expecation of what we receive back does not measure up.

I can't remember a time when I've received as much love as I've given so maybe, I'm thinking there's something wrong with me. Maybe I do really expect too much. Like the song goes. Too much love will kill you in the end. ^_^

Its better to have loved than never to have loved at all.At times I know how too much loving works & hurts.We give a cup overflowing and get it back emptied and thrown at you.
