It's Weird

It's weird how
Shiny silver raindrops fall
from black clouds.

It's weird how
Silkworms turn white
when they eat green mulberry leaves.

It's weird how
Moonflowers open at dusk
without a poke from anyone.

It's weird how
People I ask laugh and sky,
"Nothing strange in that."

Mother Nature

Silence,here in ash-gold twilight
Between tomorrow and yesterday
Knowing I'm a child of Mother Nature
To pass over time

Can you hear the voice is singing there
Above the horizon in the west
Have you ever heard this song before
Sounds like there is another world

Can you hear the voice is singing there
Beyond the edge of memories
I heard this song before my birth
When I was just a little seed

I believe Mother Nature has made her home here in Donegal.
We often have four seasons in one day.
Lovely weird poem.
