Asperger Syndrome

I am an AS person
I am like the sun
I write poems and stories
And never make anyone worry
I use to be picked on in the past
But that didn’t last
People think I’m crazy
But I’m not lazy

my stepson also is an "aspiekid". Jimmy is age 11. we homeschool as social interaction may sometimes stifle or overwhelm our child. he spends a lot of his free time playing Wizard 101 on his computer.

Hello, John, beautiful poem, as a Holistic Nutritionist my heart goes out to you. I strongly believe that there are certain 'triggers' which precipitate the condition, including environmental factors like pollution, food intolerances (particularly to foods containing wheat, gluten, sugar and dairy products), digestive problems, and even childhood vaccinations (particularly the MMRI). If you are so inclined, find a Naturopath in your area and visit him/her. Good luck, if you want more info, contact me via email on this site.
