My Heart Bleeds
My heart bleeds;
Colourless blood oozes out.
Can you see the wound
Which has no mark of scar
And the blood which
Portrays your image only?
My heart bleeds;
But it beats rhythmically.
Can you hear it
Which chants your name
At day break and
At the fall of night?
My heart bleeds;
The silent pains unbearable.
Can you soothe it
With the balm of your love
And calm it down with your
Words worthy and sweet?
