Parking Way Too Close!

I have had a neighbor since January of 2019 park way too close
This morning I wanted some snacking bacon from Dunkin Donuts
I try to get in my car and I can't get in because her car is parked too close
I can't slide in, so I crawl over the passenger side and get in that way
Now my leg hurts from having to contort my body to get in my driver's seat
I couldn't even get my bacon in Platteville because they open at 6
I got there at 5:30
So I drive to the one in Dubuque which is about 27 miles
They open at 5
If I go to the Landlord again, she will tell me to talk with Mary
I just talked to her last week about it
She says she's sorry, but I don't need sorry
I need her to quit parking me in
So I will have to do one of two things
Either back in, so my driver's side faces the other side
Or park in my neighbor's parking spot
I guess I'm backing in
Cause my leg is @#$%ed!

About this poem:
I've had some bad neighbors
The black couple from Nigeria tops the list
They used to complain about my stomping on their roof
And they slow cooked and filled the hall with a horrible stench all the time
Thankfully they have been gone since 2012

I don't feel it's your responsibility to talk to Mary. It's the landlady's as you already talked to Mary. The landlady is responsible for the property and you pay her rent to rent that parking spot as well as your apartment. Thus, it is her responsibility to see that ALL the tenants follow the rules - not you. You tried to be neighborly and asked nicely and she blew it off and did not change her behavior. I would be tempted to tell the landlady that if Mary hits your car or that your door damages her car that you will sue for damages or you will NOT be responsible for damages and I would put it in writing and send each of them a copy. BUT check with your state's Attorney General Office to see what the law/rules on renting is first. The State of New York Attorney General's Office has rules.
