Appreciate your life;
Drink in every moment, like a fine wine's first sweet taste...

Appreciate the love life brings;
See the goodnesss in it, the pureness of intent...

Appreciate the happy moments;
For they are sometime fleeting and float away on Life's River
before sunlight can reflect on their pools...

Appreciate and embrace the positive; glance away from the negative, For it does nothing for the soul...

Appreciate that first ray of sun after Winter's Chill;
For each year it will shine a little differently in your eyes ...

Appreciate the heart warmth of your lover in the early dawn time..
And allow it to warm your own being without expectation of more...

Appreciate your life; do not strive for next week;
Those days are not relevant to the now...

Allow yourself to savour life, not devour;

For only then can you see how blessed you really are
and truely show your love to others..
