Nourriture la Terre

A cool damp sacred lay
Stone pillars, blue men
Watch over and witness
Years of insanity, tributes paid
Rose petals, love notes
Bottles of nectar, reefer toked
Sexuale fantasie on the grave
Cemetery or Sementary?
The Dionysian physique
Fed the soil a meaty meal
A poetique culinary feast
Drinking your purple essence
Leaving a bony shell
Fertilized and nourished
Your Foreign sister
Devoured you well

About this poem:
A Tribute to the Poet Extrodinaire
James Douglas Morrison
1943-1971

Was written after I came back from a week long trip in Paris 1993 from
a 50th Birthday Celebration for Jim Morrison. Given by his close friends and the remaining Doors members. It was a very memorable week. Met many people from all over the planet. Always and forever a DOORS Fan.
