The will to live is strong, very strong. I am here to help someone. Not sure who, but I will find out. I am here for a reason. Nice thread. Makes one think doesn't it ?

Your purpose to help someone has already been accomplished many times and will continue to do so. Most of the time we are unaware of our actions on others. I can remember so many people in my life that had an impact on me and never knew it. The most vivid memory is of my first grade teacher. I was a lost child and had no love. One day she asked us to skip across the room and I was not able to do it. I cannot remember why...I was afraid or embarrassed, but I started crying. She came to me and put her arms around me. I remember that feeling so well. I just wanted to lose myself in the warmth of her hug forever. We humans desperately need to be touched and loved. I got none of it at home. That was the day I decided to become a teacher. When I begin to lose patience with my students, I remember her and I remember to be a more caring teacher. She never knew the impact she has had on my life.

Good idea Jeepers. but my lil canon eos 4d camera isn't full-frame.

OMG!!! I cannot believe you do not completely realize that the work you do has such a huge impact on people???? You should read my post above on the impact you have on others that you will never know about. The tiny things you do for others can make someone that has no one else feel so wonderful. You are awesome and have such a fantastic purpose in life.

This happen to me a few years back. I ran into this guy and we were in the scouts as chilfren. I went over to him and told him who I am and the first thing he asked me how my diabetes is doing. He then told me he has a picture of me in a tent taking my needle. He said I was an inspiration to him because he had to take a needle once a month for allergies and his mom gave it to him. When he saw me give myself the needle he started doing it himself. It suprised me when he told me that. Just a small thing to mention how I influenced someone.

I was born with diabetes and my diabetic doctor has diabetes also. He told me that we both have a stong will to live while some of his other patients don't. I've been told that I am mention in a few medical books.When you have hope and faith you see it in others and have the grace
