I was with my ex husband for 20 years. We tried and then tried some more to make things work. We are still good friends but we won't be getting back together.
There are no other exes I would want to get back together with either.

I think the reasons why people parted in the first place are still valid when they might try and resume a relationship. I have no desire to rekindle any relationship with my ex or the ex's previous to that.
