Which city is your preferred?
I'd vote for Madrid, since I'm spanish, but the costs of public work are more expensive in Spain than in other countries, and the needs of people are more important than fill the politician's pockets.
The recent riots in Istanbul are a drawback today.
Tokyo would repeat as Olympic host and has its pet: the famous Doraemon:
