it shouldn't be banned in a public place but. we the smokers should consider the people that don't smoke.and if in the summer when the smokers are sat out side in the smoking area the none smoke should not be out there with the smoker...

Definitely, with a provision. That there should be, in all public places, a respectful and easily accessible area where smokers can light up.
