I live alone and work from home and on the internet so I am often on CS. I get a good laugh sometimes in the blogs but I don't enjoy the bashing and infighting that go on here sometimes. I know I am feisty and controversial but that's the way I am - the real me. I am learning now too avoid some posters and some threads, just stay out of throuble.

I am gradually moving away from CS and spending more time outside of CS playing Chess online and solving Sudoku puzzles -- lots of fun.

I too am here just to kill time...and there are a couple of friends whom I say hello to on here from time to time. I am pretty certain I am not going to find "The One", but I sure have made some terrific friends here.
Kaybee50: Speaking for myself, I do not have an agenda. I do know that a special connection is a rare thing. It is difficult to explain why one can communicate with 10 nice people and only feel an interest for one.

I can agree with this also as I have had this same experience in here - both talking with and dating some nice men but the speacial "spark" wasn't there....to make me want to take it further. That does not mean there is anything wrong with these men (or with wolfen) jsut cos a lady says "no"you have still made a friend -a good thing, and the next one just might be the one
I recognize wolfen's sentiment. I think a lot of folks myself included - come on here expecting to be in a relationship in a few days or weeks. It rarely works that way. Some of us adjust to that in one way or another. Some beef a lot and leave....
