I like a nice cup of tea, made properly, these ays the tea bag seems to have taken over, although the more expensive ones are ok.

i use both tea and coffee
try to cut down though as i am getting older only and already52 but when i need a lift i take coffee being french and when i know i have to calm down i take a tea with milk do not use sugar anymore and avoid alcool cause too many problems for me
not so much into herbal tea

As I voted,...I indulge in both. Coffee is indeed my morning start,...and day primer,...but in the evening a nice cup of tea is something to be enjoyed.
