With the exception of dates and raisins everything else in your list is nuts....meaning from the nut family.
I was ready to click on apricots as my favorite dried fruit but it's not listed.

Banana and pumpkin seeds and papaw. Some fruits are really nice, like the mixed fruit and nut packs. Has coconut in as well.
Not many fruits on your list,...a lot of nuts. All fruits dried are cool. Dried apricots are tasty! But start throwing in all those nuts and it becomes a trail mix that makes me gasy! Ooops,...pardon me!

Of what I've made/tried, I'd have to say pears or sweet cherries! They're sweet as candy & twice as dandy!
Bananas are pretty good too!
I tried drying cantaloupe, dried well but had a very different taste than fresh, not near as sweet!
In the late 70s I worked as a migrant laborer in the fruit orchards in western Colorado. It was great, we workers picked up all the wind blown & over ripe fruit & canned or dried most all of it! Most fruits took about 3 or 4 days to dry in the Colorado summer sun. We'd make fruit leather(fruit roll-ups) by pureeing it in a blender then spread it out on plastic wrap on plywood. It's a great way to store fruit for the winter.
The problem with most commercial dried fruit is that they add sulfur dioxide to preserve the color! Or they coat it in sugar like pineapples, mangoes & papayas.
