I disagree! Yes, Relativity at the macro scale disagrees with quantum at the sub-atomic scale,....yet,...both agree that the universe and space-time had a "beginning". Laws of physics do NOT break down in black holes (unless you have math to refute Hawking that is). If you have better tools than physics or mathematics in which humanity struggles to attempt to explain the universe, please put them forth. Einstein himself was annoyed at the fact that his mathematics seemed to refute his belief in a "eternally existing universe", yet, his own math, to date, states otherwise.

It is a very substantiated theory,...yet,....it remains theory. I TOTALLY am convinced this theory is correct, but being a firm believer in scientific method,...understand I may have to change my mind if experimentally proven facts are put forth. If but a SINGLE instance of force NOT equalling mass times acceleration was PROVEN by experiment, then scientifically, a Newtonian Law must revert to theory (no worries,...hasn't happened yet,....so the math holds as Law as opposed to Theory!)
So, to address your question,....to date,...the Big Bang Theory (at the macro-scale) seems to be accurate and holding its ground, yet it cannot be equated as LAW,....for being a student of this field, the fact that at the sub-atomic scale, relativity breaks down and quantum physics takes over),....leaves room for further scientific experimentation,....and eventually,.....a GUT,...grand Unified Theory,.....

True, until the scientific community realizes that that theory has 100% stood up to experimentaion,....then,...it becomes LAW. Newton, Boyle, Ohm, Avagadro,....their math has never been proven wrong,....true, LAW is never fact,....just takes a single, correct verified experiment to defeat it,...
