Harryonline: Tattoo's which mimic mascara/make up is a good idea due to its permanentness
Its a great idea, but you have to really trust your tattooist :) my friend had her eyebrows tattooed on permanently, one is higher than the other but I've seen it done really well

One guy I know has a "scribble" tattooed all over his arm.. He oeten gets ridiculed! "Why would you put an ugly thing like that for everyone to see" .. It was the last picture his 3 year old son drew for him before he died.. He had it tattooed on him forever.. Its the most unique and beautiful piece I've ever seen

There are places that remove tattoos too (they get the tattooing business, and the tattoo removing business as well)
If done right tattoos used for make up purposes would be an added benefit...you could snog and not worry about your make up ...and look at all the time that will be saved and it would be perfect
They do this over here, from lips to eyes etc
A friend of mine...had a few small tear drops tattooed down the side of his face...
I think thats going a bit too far...it draws too much attention as its like a strange statement to put out there on your face for all to see.
Just like a beauty spot looks nice...I think tastefully done, tattoos are ok looking
