Toilet Paper...Over or Under (68)
nurcnurcLongwood, Florida USA6 Threads 1,192 PostsTop over. I change it when someone puts it on wrong! I also close the lid when done so anyone who needs it up or down has to open it to "do it". Close the door when exiting so the animals don't go it and reek havoc with the paper!

YES!! Mine do also! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs....they all want my attention the minute I go to the bathroom. (They're worse than kids...LOL)
By the way...I vote for OVER...HAS TO BE!!!!
