Ok boys and girls that has been set up. Anyone that said they would be interested in joining I have invited so dont be offended if you get an invitation.
Until we see how it goes I will leave it like that so if anyone wants to join mail me and I will add you to the list.

ladylumps: Ok was thinking of setting up one of those group thingys for anyone wishing to shed some weight be it a few pounds or a small child. Anyone that wants to join would be welcome I dont want to offend anyone by mailing them so thought I would do it this way.
Anyone that wants to lose weight - get fit would be welcome to join along with anyone that can answer any diet or fitness related questions.
It wouldnt be just for weight loss anyone wanting to improve their fitness would be welcome as well.

What do you think boys and girls???


count me in, i make a wicked Black Forest Gateau, just right to build up the calories after a strenuous gymnastic workout.
