Well really its up to everyone to put in the work and effort themselves but we could all support each other when we are having a bad day and going for the 2nd mars bar, swap tips etc that sort of thing, more motivational than anything else.

People would NOT have to say what they weigh thats a private thing we could have a weekly weighin though and people can post up what they have lost in the last week and keep a running total themselves. We could also have a goal section where people could say they want to drop a certain amount of weight or dress sizes but NO ONE would have to disclose any information that they didnt want to.

ladylumps: Ok was thinking of setting up one of those group thingys for anyone wishing to shed some weight be it a few pounds or a small child. Anyone that wants to join would be welcome I dont want to offend anyone by mailing them so thought I would do it this way.
Anyone that wants to lose weight - get fit would be welcome to join along with anyone that can answer any diet or fitness related questions.
It wouldnt be just for weight loss anyone wanting to improve their fitness would be welcome as well.
