Ive been to one and it was amazing, Jan 08 in Dublin and what a weekend it was grin Yes, Id do it again, without a doubt laugh thumbs up

No, I didnt get to the one in Rome, was going to but finances took a dip laugh

Oslo and I had a great time at the Dublin trip and it would have been so nice to do it again - ah well, next time grin

I've been to one last year, just north of Knoxville, Tn. My lovely wife (whom I met on CS) and I organized it. It was great except that we had quite a few last-minute cancellations and the turn out wasn't all that spectacular. Still, because of our picnic, two of the folks who came (one popular member and one former member) were able to get together and - last I heard - were very much in love. yay

We're considering doing it again this year in July, but haven't decided on anything definite, yet.

Howdy yourself! wave Thanks. We did indeed have a good time. As I mentioned, we went from expecting 25-30 souls to an actual turn out of six, but it was good times none the less. And it was fun watching two very good friends fall for each other.

Yep, fully recovered and back to work for two months now and bemoaning the fact that the rain we're having spoiled my weekend fishing plans, but happy to be alive and kicking when I could just as easily be taking a permanent dirt nap.

I have been to meets in Glasgow and Sorrento which were great and of course a few in Dublin which are always great fun.We have one every other month or so here and they are a always well attended, just look at event pics to see how much fun we have.
