All great relationships start with friendship first; so. for me, to initially make friends and learn of people; and then, if the stars align beyond that, to form a bonding, lasting relationship leading to marriage. So I voted "Friendship" (initial reason).

I dont believe in Internet Romance Im afraid. I believe that chemistry is all important and while we may fall in ''Like'' with people here and create and foster friendship, I personally think the chances of me finding Love are extremely slim.

Cool and I never said I though it was bad to travel.........I think its great and I do agree Love has no boundaries...thumbs up

Its Internet dating that I was being pessimistic about as I have travelled to meet someone............1500 miles actually and it didnt work out. A beautiful Lady and we are still friends but there was no chemistry Im afraid.

I don't like the addiction to the Threads and how it occupies my time. Too many people are 'not real'. I gave this place a serious try. I tried to stay true to my personality and express myself in the way a 'southern gentleman' would act in real life. It is time for me to move on and go back to the old fashion way of finding someone.
