I don't think we can fully understand why good people get hurt, whether it be male or female. I know this from experience, I've been hurt in the past myself. As for me I feel they took advantage of my kindness, and love, and affection. Basically they took advantage of my heart. No matter if you're always there for them through thick and thin. Doing little things to show you care. Or giving yourself 100% to them. Always treating them right, but then they turn around and hurt you. Go figure. All I know is that don't change who you are. It's their loss for abusing the relationship you had. Stay sweet and remember, the things that have hurt you will only make you stronger.
