possibly this is the first step to getting revenue from internet transactions...

but not to worry they'll only eventually take their slice if you win....

they have to start somewhere, internet business and transactions are a gold mine waiting to be harvested by the federal government.

true at what you are saying but they arent charging they are just denying the tranactions after this billed was signed its wrote that if this over sea tranactions are stopped it will make our ports safer from terriost who making money off USA. Well doesnt this stand for all countrys who trade. Just dont see the reason for a Bill which doesnt do anything but tell me what i can and cant do with my money.. So its ok to buy illegal drugs but not ok to p lay poker online.. * and when i speak of the illegal drugs is most get a slap on the wrist but you get caught playing online poker the fine as much as five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
illegal Drugs fine starts penalties of up to 1 year in prison and a minimum fine of $1000

Hmmm... I KINDA agree with it being set with limitations.. or maybe even the option for you to state to your CC company that you WANT restrictions. (if you know you have a problem)
