He was on well over half a million euro a year and I can see where the op is coming from, surely they could reduce it by a few euro now that they won`t be paying wages like that anymore

Nothing to do with Gerry Ryan. Slash all these high salaries like Joe Duffy and Pat Kenny. And stop paying Gay Byrne a retainer not to leave the country. Trust me, nobody else would want him.

If my memory serves me right Pat kenny is on 900,000 a year nearly a million
they did take a pay cut but I wouldnt say its much of a reduction
