Busyguy22: I Have had the pleasure of raising a child... I partially raised my sister.
I had to carry out "parental" chores in which to watch, feed, and make sure my sister had everything she needed when she was younger and as she got older she didn't need my help so much because she found her own way.
Regardless of how young I am, I know the majority of how much life can suck and how much it can be joyful.
I've also taken care of people my age before... Seven of them to be exact. My roommates... a horrid time but also great knowledge and understanding came from it...
Why am I still at home some of you ask... Simple; I don't want to struggle any more than I have to through life... some people get a car for their 21'st some go to college when they're 16... Me.... I took an alternative road and am still working on my career... Am I any less of a successful person? visually maybe but mentally no... I no doubt know for a fact that I do not wish to struggle to the point of being kicked out of an appartment due to not getting enough hours at work from a stupid wal-mart job persay...
I'd like to believe My logic is sound and in the utmost reasonable thing to do. And I'm sure one time or another a child has to stay at home to get back on their feet, I'm just avoiding the coming back with just staying and making sure I have a Secure enough career and income to leave... tried it once without either and I ended up homeless for about a month...stayed in a cokroach infested appartment wasn't fun.. I felt really nasty and degraded for the situation I put myself in..So I'm being warry of the future.
Do not be ashamed about living at home . So you should if you are trying to further yourself . Many people move back "home" due to divorce etc both men and women . Guys in thier late 30's at that ,so thats no biggie ,well in my culture anyway.
