Some eggs are high in protein and some are rich in vitamins; Eggs are scrambled, fried, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, pickled or eaten raw.

Duck and goose eggs are good. But I should really try something I haven't tried before.

I'll have a emu egg omelet with brie cheese, chives, fresh bell pepper, onion, curry powder. a pinch of cayenne, thyme and black pepper. I'll also have a slice of ham, home fries, some thick sliced sourdough toast with fresh butter, a tall glass of pear cider and a bottomless cup of fresh roasted Sumatran coffee.

You know, just a light breakfast.

I don't eat a lot of eggs but when I do its usually hen's eggs (free range only, of course). I do like duck eggs and quail's eggs but quail's eggs are too small, as a rule....
